We recognized that the owners of Florida's finest waterfront properties faced a genuine gap: property management firms that felt corporate and impersonal, and informal arrangements that lacked the rigor and accountability these homes deserved. Mariner & Manor was created to fill that gap.
We take on a limited number of clients by design. Every home and vessel we oversee receives our full, undivided attention — not a fraction of it. Our relationships are built on trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to the standard of care your property deserves.

Jessica grew up on the Treasure Coast, spending her childhood on the water — fishing, boating, and developing an instinctive understanding of what coastal living truly means. Her professional background in insurance gave her a sharp eye for property risk, documentation, and the kind of proactive oversight that protects what matters most. She brings that same precision and care to every client relationship.
Hunter was raised in Palm Beach County, where he built his career in landscaping and property maintenance — working hands-on with some of the region's finest estates. He knows these properties from the ground up: the systems, the seasonal demands, the vendors worth trusting, and the details that separate attentive oversight from a cursory glance.
Together, they share a deep love for the Florida coast — for early mornings on the water, for the communities they call home, and for the responsibility that comes with caring for the places families return to year after year. Mariner & Manor is the natural expression of everything they know and everything they value.

We provide attentive, relationship-driven care for a small portfolio of distinguished waterfront estates and yachts.
Who founded Mariner & Manor, and why?
Mariner & Manor was founded by Jessica and Hunter — two coastal Floridians with deep roots on the Treasure Coast. After years of watching friends and neighbors struggle to find trustworthy, detail-oriented care for their waterfront properties during extended absences, they built the service they wished had existed: discreet, genuinely invested, and rooted in local knowledge.
Do you work with both seasonal and year-round homeowners?
Yes. While many of our clients are seasonal residents who spend part of the year away from their Florida properties, we also serve year-round homeowners who simply want a trusted local partner for vendor coordination, storm preparation, drone documentation, and concierge-style support.
What makes coastal property oversight different from standard home watch?
Waterfront estates and yachts carry a distinct set of responsibilities that standard home watch services are rarely equipped to address. Dock systems, vessel condition, seawall integrity, storm exposure, and marina relationships all require specialized local knowledge. Mariner & Manor was built specifically for the demands of coastal living — not adapted from a generic property check-in model.
